The body of Jose Lorenzo Tan, 24, a resident of Cubao, Quezon City, was discovered by a utility worker inside his room at the faculty building around 6 a.m. Monday, according to a report from the Quezon City Police District’s Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit (QCPD-CIDU). Tan was last seen alive when he entered his room around 2 p.m. Sunday. He supposedly told watchmen that he would just finish his research assignment.
